023 SKINNY DIPPING

I LOVE SWIMMING, FOR EXERCISE. SWIMMING IS LOW IMPACT AND IS EASIER ON THE JOINTS THAN OTHER EXERCISES. A GOOD, LONG SWIM BURNS CALORIES AND FAT AND IS EASIER ON THE JOINTS AND MUSCLES. AND GREAT FOR COOLING OFF WHEN THE WEATHER IS HOT IN BALI. IN THIS EPISODE I’M CATCHING UP ON ALL MY FAVOURITE GOSSIP AND FASHION MAGAZINES, TOPPING UP MY TAN (WHICH REQUIRES NO BATHING SUIT) AND SKINNY DIPPING IN THE POOL AS WELL AS GETTIN A BIT NAUGHTY IN THE SHALLOW END.
