I love to work out to keep my body tight. I usually either go to the gym or do a workout at home. I like to do squats, push ups and lunges. I put on some music to keep me motivated and I usually work out until I’m hot and sweaty and then follow it with a hot shower. In this episode you will see me do a short work out, get hot and sweaty and then slowly peal my clothes off to get ready to take a shower.
