I PUT ON SOME MUSIC TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED AND I USUALLY WORK OUT UNTIL I’M HOT AND SWEATY AND THEN FOLLOW IT WITH A HOT SHOWER. IN THIS EPISODE YOU WILL SEE ME DO A SHORT WORK OUT, GET HOT AND SWEATY AND THEN SLOWLY PEAL MY CLOTHES OFF TO GET READY TO TAKE A SHOWER.
